ePraxis‘ focus is to provide executive coaching at the level appropriate for the business executive and their business stage. There are certain times when executives are most likely to benefit from coaching. Executives should seek coaching “when they feel that a change in behavior—either for themselves or their team members—can make a significant difference in the long-term success of the organization,” says Marshall Goldsmith, a high-profile executive coach and author of eighteen books, including The Leader of the Future (Jossey-Bass, 1996).
ePraxis’ primary Executive Coaching offering for clients is participation in one of three Vistage International CEO-Peer Advisor Groups Chaired by Utah Vistage Chair Severin Sorensen:
CEO participation in Sorensen’s Vistage CEO-Peer Groups are by invitation-only. The groups meet monthly in the Salt Lake City Metro Area. If you and your business are qualified to be considered for my UT Vistage CEO Group (www.VistageUT.com) by company size ($5m-$500+ million), business maturity, business model, and other goodness of fit requirements, then Severin would be happy to consider you for Vistage as we are always on the look out for great candidates to consider for this prestigious group.
Other Executive Coaching
ePraxis’ supplementary Executive Coaching offering is customized coaching for Chief Executives and business owners. If however your business is not yet to Vistage CEO Group Membership size, or you are simply interested in executive coaching, then ePraxis offers select business owners, CEOs, and Presidents on a monthly basis for 60-90 minute session. The coaching is generally conducted in person on a one-to-one basis, however video Cisco Webex type coaching is feasible for those that are away on business travel or not located in the greater Salt Lake City area. The coaching is focused on you and your business, and promises to be transformational. Your satisfaction is guaranteed; if you do not find the coaching valuable, then do not pay.
